Grey Conant (they/them): Co-Founder

Grey has collaborated with almost every performance company in Central Oregon over the last 15 years, including BEAT Children’s Theatre, Cascades Theatrical Company, Musical Impressions Studios, Mejaski Productions, and Thoroughly Modern Productions. Highlights on the Central Oregon stage include Peter and the Starcatcher (Ted), Oklahoma! (Laurey), Something Rotten (Minstrel), and Fun Home (Joan). Grey directed Oliver!, Little Women: The Musical, and Legally Blonde Jr., as well as having several years of experience in Assistant Directing and Stage Management. Grey has performed with honors choirs at Carnegie Hall and at the Sydney Opera House, and they have received awards in singing from NATS and Hal Leonard. Grey is also trained in jazz, lyrical, ballet, and tap dance styles. By day, Grey works with the SPED program at Realms Middle School and teaches a drama class for 6th-8th grade students.

Kisky Holwerda (she/her): Co-Founder


Kisky received her BA in Drama from Kenyon College in addition to studying under world-renowned instructors at schools including the Stella Adler Studio, the British American Drama Academy, and Interlochen Center for the Arts. As an actor Kisky has performed in Portland, New York City, and Bend. Her local stage credits include Spamalot! (Sir Robin), Something Rotten (Shakespeare), and Murder on the Orient Express (Countess Andrenyi), among others. Kisky has worked as a choreographer with BEAT Children's Theatre (Legally Blonde Jr., Anastasia Jr.) and Summit High School (Little Shop of Horrors) and is trained in ballet, Irish Dance, jazz, and aerial silks.
